FOUNDER-LED
One vision, carried since 2012
Svayam Incarnation is a founder-led group. The journey began in 2012 with a belief that business can be a force for good. That belief led to Svayam Incarnation Private Limited in India in 2021 and Svayam Incarnation Limited in the United Kingdom in 2023. The founder sets the direction and guards the values that every company in the group shares.

Each country company is led locally
Every Svayam company is a registered company in its own country, with its own local leadership. It follows local law, hires locally and answers to the community it serves, while sharing the group's platform, brand and values.
Trusteeship
We believe leadership holds the business in trust for the community. Our leaders are stewards: they look after people, the planet and the long-term health of each company before short-term gain.
